Mindfulness
- 10-15 minute deep breathing exercises and progressive muscle relaxation exercises in a seated position
- There are lots of great guided meditation videos of Youtube that I find super helpful
Exercise
- 30 minutes to an hour walk every day
- Stretching
- Anaerobic 30 minute full body workout 3 days a week (20 reps of each exercise):
- Situps
- Crunches
- Modified Pushups
- 3 Count Jumping Jacks
- Arm Rotations
- Plank
- Bicycle Kicks
- High Knees
- Flutter Kicks
- Mountain Climbers
- Lunges
- Windmills
- Leg Lifts
- Boot Slaps
Meditation
- 30 minutes when I first wake up before I do anything else, I pray, go to my quiet place with the Lord in my mind, and meditate on Scripture (usually I will read a chapter a day out of the same book until I finish that book of the Bible)
