Goodbye To A Great Year

Hats off to a crazy, amazing, and overall super fun year. Goodbye 2021, though it was good, I’m excited for where the future will take me next.

I have so many fun updates for the end of the year!

First things first, Midtown Church is now an official collar partner with Modern Abolition! We launched the Midtown Church Swag-store, and we are live online! At Midtown Church, we’ve been able to do 3 popup shops during the holiday season, which all went fantastic.

During December, we also have had so many Christmas celebrations! YTH Christmas parties, 1825 Christmas parties, staff Christmas parties, not to mention our Christmas services. You can see pictures from all of them above.

Another exciting update is that I have now officially released my first single! It can be streamed on ALL main music platforms, including Spotify, Apple Music, and Youtube. My artist name is SALAH shadi. This name is my spiritual name given to me in my quiet time a few years ago by God. He is the only one who ever called me that, but as my music is a testimony of His grace, mercy, gifting, and purpose in my life, it felt only right and fitting to use it as my artist name. The name is two parts and both come from Hebrew origins. Salah means missions or sending, while Shadi means servant or singer, so put together this spiritual names sending a singer or a servant on mission. God has blessed me exponentially this month and this year, and I’m grateful for each blessing.
